To participate in our fitness classes, you must be a member of our gym. Becoming a member gives you full access to our group classes, state-of-the-art equipment, and additional amenities. If you're not a member yet, you can easily join and start attending classes immediately.
When you come for your first workout, make sure to wear comfortable, breathable workout clothes and supportive shoes. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated and a towel to wipe off sweat. If you're taking a yoga class, feel free to bring your own mat, though we do have mats available for use.
